Firstly, please ignore the state of my nails I have a really bad habit of biting them which is toooootally gross so I stopped but had a month or so of weakness but now in the process of growing them again (I will do a post on my nails and my fav nail polishes when they’re long and pritts again :)) anyway… This post is my faaaaaavourite rings! I particularly ❤ statement jewellery rather than the small, delicate diamonds. For me the idea of an engagement/wedding ring is enough to make me never want to get married, I like bold pieces of jewellery and whilst I adore everybody else’s fine jewellery I just don’t think that look suits me.

January Sales // Missguided

When I first started blogging, I did it because I enjoyed it but then I began to feel it was more of a chore than a hobby. I felt as though I needed to think of things to blog about every week even if it was something that I wasn’t particularly passionate about or interested in. Therefore, I gave up and stopped blogging altogether. I’ve also been totally focused on my other uni blog over at mollyrosemaddison if you wanna check that out, it’s all my designs and photography! I still want to blog, just for fun rather than to get lots of traffic and high stats so therefore I will blog weekly from now on every Friday with a post hitting the site at 4pm.

I’ll kick start 2016 off with a post of my January sale bargains! This post is all about the clothing I bought from Missguided in the sale, it only came to something like £80 and then I had 20% off on top of that, so unreal bargain really for what I got. So what did I get?

Christmas is Coming! // Advent Calendars

So it’s getting to that time of year where we’re all going to start buying our favourite chocolate advent calendars, but this year is different… This year there is the uprising of beauty advent calendars. Autumn Buy // Must-Have!

Soooooo sorry!!!! About how inactive I’ve been this past month, I’ve been so busy with uni assignments I got totally swept up in it but I’m now back on track (thank goodness) so I can start blogging again – Yay! 🙂 I’ll start off with a short post, this is my Autumn must-have. If you buy no other item of clothing this Autumn, please buy this at least… A beige, knitted, roll neck jumper from Miss Selfridge (no longer available online so check you nearest store!) I can’t remember the retail price exactly but I think it was £34 which isn’t too pricey for such a staple item in the wardrobe!

Honestly I adore this jumper, it goes so well with everything and is so oversized and baggy in a really nice feminine way and is definitely warm enough to keep you cosy this Autumn.

Make Up Revolution // Eyeshadow Palette

Last week I went into Superdrug after hearing so many good things about the brand Make Up Revolution. They’re cheap, affordable, high quality and have some incredible dupes for high end brands such as Anastasia Beverly Hills and Urban Decay. The eyeshadow palette that I bought is almost an exact dupe of Urban Decay’s Naked 2, I was amazed because that palette will set you back £39 whereas this Make Up Revolution palette only cost me £4, yes I actually just said that… Four pounds!!!!!

Best contour kit? Drugstore & High End

OK soooooo… I have been testing out contouring for a while now and I’ve gone from drugstore Maybelline MasterSculpt, to Clinique Contour Chubby Stick and Highlight to my most recent Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit in Light-Medium.

Firstly, apologises for the insane inactivity of the blog… I know I keep saying I’ll be better but I’ve just been so busy! I went to Leeds Festival last weekend which was incredible and I’m going to upload a post about that on Friday including some top tips for 2016 festival fashion/make up.

Okay so on one of my previous posts, I mentioned how I’d purchased tons of new products and wanted to review them all with you so here goes! Today I am going to “kill two birds with one stone” and review not only Dior’s spray foundation Airflash but also my ZOEVA 125 Stippling Brush.

KIKO // My First Experience

This will be a short post today I’m afraid as I’ve been out all day in Leeds shopping for Leeds Festival but… shock, I bought make up. Today’s purchase comes in the form of a cream blush which I have been in need of for ages and I am trying to try different brands and with KIKO being a brand I have not yet used, I thought why not! I have swatched this on my hand and love the colour, texture and lasting-power as I swatched it a few hours ago and it hasn’t yet budged. 

NEW PURCHASES // Birthday Haul

Hi all, sorry I have been a bit M.I.A on the blogging front – I know I said I was going to schedule in some posts for when I was on holiday but I totally ran out of time and wasn’t able to 😦 so I know it’s been ages but I’ve bought lots and lots of new make-up products so hopefully I’ll have plenty to blog about for the next few weeks! All of these products were purchased within the last 4 weeks, so a week before I went away up until now… I got a little carried away. The MAC products were from my parent for my birthday and the Zoeva brushes were bought as a present for me by two of my best friends so I’m super grateful for them (I also got some La vie est belle perfume by Lancome from my other best friend, there is five of us in our group, so I will do a blog post about that sometime soon but with it being fragrance not make up it didn’t really fit into this post) but I did buy all of the rest myself!
